Our Fees

For most cases, we agree a suitable fee with you, in advance, so that you 'know where you stand'. This will be based on our usual hourly rate and then discounted. You are given the mobile number of your representative and not charged for any calls or advice within the ambit of the work quoted within the fixed fee. We represent clients all over the country and, given the expertise of representation, the fees are designed to be reasonable and affordable.

There are never any hidden extras and we have a policy of absolute openness in accordance with our duty relating to costs.

There is certainly no assumption that you will definitely decide to instruct us. At this moment in time, your concern must be determine the appropriate next steps and these can be discussed during the free initial consultation. Of course, if that initial consultation indicates that you would be well advised to receive more substantial advice, we will tell you this and the choice would absolutely be yours to proceed to instruct us. Alternatively, if we think you should just pay the fixed penalty and take the penalty points... we will say so!
